A range of support and resources are available to families. If you or your family require assistance, please contact the Principal who will be pleased to meet with you and assist in whatever way you feel comfortable. Other support and resources include:
- West Belconnen Child and Family Centre provides services for families with young children, and can assist with information, support and services for all members of your family. The Centre provides a range of services based on the needs of children and their families, with a strong emphasis on providing outreach services in homes, schools and the community. Parents are invited to visit, chat with a trained professional about parenting, ask questions and get information. This service is free, no appointment is necessary and can lead to ongoing, one-to-one support with a child and family worker. Staff are available to speak about a range of issues including general parenting, adjusting to being a parent, family relationship issues, and your child’s behaviour.

- Parentline ACT is a not-for-profit organisation offering a free confidential telephone service for parents and families in the ACT and surrounding area. Calls are answered by workers who are professionally trained to help you with information and support.

- Raising Children Network is a parenting website providing comprehensive, practical, expert child health and parenting information and activities covering children aged 0-15 years: https://raisingchildren.net.au
- ACT Policing's Constable Kenny Koala program is designed to educate children between three to 12 years of age on a range of safety themes, and to encourage them to turn to police for help and advice. Constable Kenny has been a visible figure in the ACT for more than 30 years, and is a popular 'trusted' character used to address several safety issues, including teaching children how to 'Stay Ok' — how they can make the right choices and recognise that there are consequences associated with the decisions we make. - Thinkuknow is a cyber safety program that provides parents, carers, teachers and students with information on the technologies young people use, the challenges they may face, and how they can be overcome. The ThinkUKnow website hosts an online seminar for parents, carers and teachers and students.
