At Macquarie we do not believe there is any need for students to provide their own device as a general rule (we recognise some students may need specific technologies that are tailored to their particular need). We do not believe there is any need for devices during unstructured play, when we want students to experience the outdoors and engage in active free play.

Mobiles phones are a communication tool, not an education tool, and are not to be used during the school day. For students who need to contact families a phone is available at the front office.
